Hi Rex,
I've made some "improvements" on the dash illuminations see my page http://www.ch300imp.com/compteur_us.htm : see pics at the bottom (even if the real illumination isn't so shinny ).
The two "plates" have the same dark purple glass ring, about the gauges instrument see the pic and you'll see that i "add" a small green tape to have a matching color with speedo...

But in reality there was no "green" color , only purple and white.
