IML: 1960 Windshield Seal

I must withdraw my criticism of the Gary Goers Windscreen rubber in  
two parts. I have persisted with the rubber supplied and finally got  
it dummied up in place and it looks like it's going to do the job.  
With a bit of craft you can join the two pieces and make it pretty  
much look like the factory one-piece. I don't think I can say the  
same for the Le Baron back glass seal. I'm sticking with the original  
for that.
Has anybody on the list gone through this and have any idea where  
exactly the join should be? I'm going by gut feel but if anyone has  
done all this before it would be great to chat.
Anyway go Gary we are all lucky to have you there after all.
