it is a pity that the law enforcement authorities dont act, catch one, and
make an example in proecuting them to discourage others from follwing.
I am glad that at least here it is being described for what it is, FRAUD,
it is time e bay described it as such and stopped calling it "spoof" and other
things trying to hide the true nature of the problem.
