Absolutely true, but even though it was optional, most Customs have 
power side windows.

If it has wind up windows, it's a Custom. Power side windows were 
standard on the Crowns and Le Barons. Power vents were optional on all 
but standard only on Le Barons.

Mine has a bench seat with cloth interior and wind up windows. It 
appears to be a pretty strip down model.l No Air.
