That car seems to be fairly complete with what appears to be a not too 
bad interior. Its also an interesting color, I believe Cordovan 
Metallic.

Here in the metro Detroit area that would be referred
to as "surface rust" :) If you can't see the
pavement through the floorboards you have nothing to
