Some do, but the major difference is that they say LeBaron in gold 
script on each front fender instead of IMPERIAL in block letters. I 
believe it also says LeBaron on the trunk lid. Interior wise, there is 
wood grain trim on the door panels instead of metal behind the door 
handles. Also, there is an emblem on the lower rear quarter stainless 
steel trim.
