RE: IML: stripped oil pan drain

They sell self tapping and tapered oil pan plugs just for this purpose. Most
AutoZone, Kragen, Napa etc. stores will have it.

Subject: IML: stripped oil pan drain

Any brilliant ideas on a quick fix for a stripped oil pan drain? I changed
oil yesterday and the plug felt weird going in and would not tighten. It now
just turns with a wrench but seems to be holding although there is a small
leak. Guess the pan has to come off.
