Hi All....When I went to turn on the headlights on my '66 LeBaron yesterday I got...nothing! parking and turnsignals are OK. The headlights worked a few weeks back just fine! I vaguely remember about a large connector under the dash that the headlights run to/from which is known for causing electrical problems since the connectors get loose over the years, the vibrations make them looser, and the connector actually melts!!....had this happen in my '66 when I was back in NJ years back!......this time the car has NOT stopped dead in its tracks....everything seems to be OK EXCEPT for the headlights....is there a fuse located someplace that I just can't find which needs to be checked????.....maybe this is realted to the problem I had earlier (and still have) with the Ammerter Gauge wiring??!!
...if one of the "wiring guru's" coould let me know where this headlight connector is located under the dash I'd really appreciate it!!!!....its probably right in front of my eyes, but I didn't see it when looking around under there searching for wiring problems with the Ammerter gauge gremlins.....Thanks all!!
