IML: 1967 convertible

my new convertible has no right side rear view mirror,
anyone know of a source for them? Was this an
offering from Chrysler in 1967?
Also, there is a "lock/unlock" ring around the center
Chrysler emblem on the steering wheel. What does it
do?
