IML: Re:66LeBaron-Pwr windows/locks....my fault!

Hi All...well, still can't figure out where the problem is !....I know its probably my fault that the windows and locks are 'dead', since I shorted the Circuit breaker under the drivers-side kick panel while trying to tighten up the wires that i thought were the cause of the headlights & radio suddenly not working...well, the radio & headlights are working (never found out what the cause was) and the windows & locks are NOT, which is not a bad circuit breaker (I put new ones in) and I am about ready to start digging into the wiring harness to trace the GREEN wire that was on the 15Amp terminal portion of the breaker.......has anyone figured out WHERE this wire goes to?...the FSM diagrams are not much help at all! I surely could be reading the diagrams wrong, but i don't even SEE a GREEN wire (about a 14gauge) shown as being connected to this breaker!,,,does anyone know from experience where this wire goes to???....when I have the battery connected up, (using a 12volt tester) I see a good bright light on the 15A breaker terminal WITHOUT the Green wire-circuit connected...soon as I connect this GREEN wire, and whatever it is wired to, the light is hardly visable so I am assuming the GREEN wire circuit is loading down the system.......maybe there is a fusable-link someplace in there that I 'toasted' when I shorted the breaker teminals(??)...
....just wanted to ask if anyone had any experience with this breaker and the wires it feeds before I start opening up the harness-tape....
Thanks all!!
Dan melnik
