Re: IML: The old IOC/ was 2 questions

Hi John,
It was Core Creek Park. I have a photo or 2 of that car show. What car did you have?

I attended the PA. show at Core Creek Park in Langhorne 3 or 4 times. The last one being in 1989. I think the most Imperials there were 26.

Good to see some original members still kickin. It was out of Scranton, Pa. I was a member, and lived near Phila back in 1987. I went to a IOCI car show meet at Tyler State Park in Langhorne Pa. around 1987. That was the only time I've seen more then one Imperial at one time in my life. I still have the bumper sticker on my car, and a bunch or there Monthly literature. I was on there mailing list from 1987 until they went under. It was a snail mail mailing list back in those days. I even had a article posted in it telling about my adventures with the movie. It was sad to see it go when it did, but the IOC makes up for it ten fold and keeps the spirit intended of the IOCI alive.

As for the other question, I had a phone conversation with Bob Peterson back in the mid 90's as I had seen his car's picture on a calendar. I still have the picture, I just wondered if Bob still was alive and had the car. I have a great story to tell the owner if it is not Bob.

Yep, I was a member of that Imperial Owners Club many years back!...not positive but I think it was home-based in Pennsylvania at the time.

1-Does any one own or did anyone ever buy a 1959 Imperial 2 door hard top, color red from a Bob Peterson somewhere in the North middle USA (North Dakota I think)?

2-Is their anyone on the list that were in the Imperial Owners Club International Car Club, that is now defunct?
