the drum that would need replacing.
I have dealt with the rear drums on my '60 and I
know they are no fun at all. I kept tightening the puller over about three
days tapping and retightening until the damn things popped off in my
absence. I was just having fun with 61 imcoupe's phrasing. I will
say there are many who say I have a somewhat sick sense of
humor.
I do wish you best luck with your '61. They
will come off; probably when you least expect it.

It's a shorter trip to the mental hospital... just kidding .. sorry
you have so many problems . some things just take a lot of determintion,
heat, a big f-ing hammer and luck .(pardon my french).. get your
torch out and make it hot --- then hit it with a
BFH,,,over and over( on the side of the hub) until the vein in your
forehead sticks out !!! you may have to replace it but it will
come off!
