IML: I took a look at - 64 imp on ebay

I took a look at this car in Ft. Lauderdale when I was there on a biz trip a 
few weeks ago.  The car is beautiful but it does have a few minor paint and 
interior flaws.

It is being handled by a classic car brokerage service.  He told me a story 
that some millioniare (who everyone is s'posed to know, but I've never heard 
of him), bought it at Barrett-Jackson Palm Bch this year.  He just wants to 
re-sell it.

I didn't start it, drive it or go under it.  Engine compartment is nicely 
detailed.  I did hear the engine running while they were moving it out into 
the sunshine... sounds fine.

He told me that his minimum price is $55,000, and he did not seem negotiable 
---which is why I didn't need to drive it or look any further.  It would 
look nice with my 62 convertible, matching red... but I just can't afford 
two Imperials!

The car has been on E-Bay 3 or 4 times in the past month or two.  I've been 
keeping a close watch on E-Bay because I've had my 63 Crown listed there.

That's all I know.
