IML: engine paint colors

Anyone have the definative answer on what the original engine paint colors were for 57'?

 

So far, I have seen pictures of cars with silver block/intake, valve covers and front timing covers, or silver block/intake w/ dark gray valve covers (sometimes orange writing).

 

Either set seems to always have black or semi-gloss black plug wire covers, air cleaner and pulleys.
