IML: Installing rear seat belts

A question for the group:

On a '62 there are two clearly marked rear inner seat belt anchor points 
(dimples on the floor pan inside the frame rails).  How far to the left 
of the holes are the left most and right most anchor points to be 
drilled?  There are no anchor dimples on the floor pan to indicate just 
where to drill the outer most holes.  Also would these holes need to be 
exactly horizontal from the inner dimples or up or down some?  I don't 
want to risk drilling a hole in the rear seat AC lines.
