I can't say, which part You need. Since I had my drivetrain completely
exchanged from what the Arabs did ( 66 tranny with shifter, hole in the
frame!!) I have now a 62 tranny and use a modified 66 Mount with four
plugs.
As said before ordering just compare with the part in Your car.
I think most of our cars with this exhaust running through the frame will
have the problem. Because the rubber weakens by oil and gas. Not so
Polyurethan.

Hi Dietmar,
Do Tom and I need part no IS-111 and also part IS-154 for our 60 Imperial ?
Since I have the same strange noise from time to time it might not hurt to
replace this mount.
Thanks,
Robert

It is very easy, just exchange the plugged transmission mount .. You will
need a kind of tranny support or someone very strong.
On the mentioned website you will find a picture of the correct part You
need for Your tranny. Please compare with the stock one before ordering.
Enjoy. It is so cheap and improves so much and for ever.

Dietmar,
I think I may have the same condition on my 60. I originally thought it was
something in the suspension but everything checked out fine and tight. I
hear a clunk sometimes when accelerating and at rest if I get the suspension
bouncing hard I can hear it. Was it only one tranny mount? How difficult
is it to get to?
Thanx
Tom
