The wait may very well be worth it.  It is the lack of communication I would
be concerned with.  Perhaps I misread but it sounded like the customer's
attempts were being ignored.  For a thousand bucks I would not ignore my
customer (even if I were Gary Goers).  Maybe I was wrong on that.

Maybe he has to raise the cattle to get the hide and get them dyed and make
the patterns. Just raising the cows could take a couple years.I have seen
pics of phillip courant's car in france and the wait looks to be worth it,
