IML: Heat Riser Bushings & Paint?

Has anyone used a source to purchase the bushings and
spring for these heat risers? My exhaust manifolds are off
the engine now, and would like to recondition them. Also,
what wold be a correct color for the manifolds? A natural
cast iron color, or a dark gray? Paint or powdercoat?
