Not sure what year you have but I just pulled the radio and numerous other 
items from my 90 Imperial dash and there are not actuators behind it. There 
are some that you can barely see from the very bottom of the plenum looking 
up that looks like the only way to get to is a total dash removal which I'm 
not about to attempt. This is looking up from the floor by the gas 
pedal.Looks like another one of Chryslers better engineered setups..
