OK, Patrick, your post has now come up ten times!

These are aftermarket, possibly added at the same time as the lovely side markers you can see in the same pics.

1967 was the first year for fender-mounted turn signals on an Imperial. Since they were 100% equipped (meaning standard on all Imperials, unlike all other Mopars where they were optional, usually as part of the Basic Package or a Lighting Package), there were no indicators on the dash, just the fender tops.
