Subject: IML: emblem on 73 trunk

Out of curiosity... what is the year-correct trunk emblem for a 73? I've seen quite some pictures from cars with the "Imperial by Chrysler" badge on the trunk, but my 73 2 door parts car had a small LeBaron badge.

The "IMPERIAL" badge, along with the "by Chrysler" badge below it, is correct for 1971, 1972, and 1973.  For example, see Kenyon's '73 at http://www.imperialclub.com/Yr/1973/Wills/Other_side_of_bumper_for_caparison_-_73.jpg

Oddly enough, I have found several cars of this era over the years that did not receive the "by Chrysler" badge from the factory.

And if anyone has a very nice used or NOS IMPERIAL badge for the trunk, I could use one.  :o)

Thanks!

Elijah
