Hi Michael,

I checked my broken fitting 'nipple'. I has flats that fit a 1 and 1/8" open end wrench. A slight twist to the left will release it from the booster. I have not seen the push in version, so do not know how to identify it.

We expect 3 below tonight here in Michigan. Where are you?
