IML: Trimming Posts for the Imperial Mailing List

An easy way to trim posts can be done entirely within the user's e-mail 
program:
Use the mouse to highlight the portion of the e-mail desired and press 
"Control and C" keys,
then click into your new e-mail window and press "Control and V" keys.  
This will paste just the
portion of any e-mail that you highlight into a new e-mail.  It avoids 
the excessively long posts
we have been seeing on the IML

Try it a few times.  You will be pleased with your new accomplishment 
and your fellow
Imperial Club members will be pleased to find reading e-mails from the 
IML much easier!
