The wiper fluid motor was used in many earlier years -
likely back as far as 1961.  (It was vacuum in 1960.)

It is a generic Trico device that may have been used
in other makes of cars of that era, too.

As far as jacks are concerned, the jacking points are
where the frame rails touch the bumpers.  However, a
strong scissors jack is definitely preferable to the
factory jack - especially when jacking the rear.
