i've never seen a silver "GOLDen commando" in a 59 plym in person or in
literature.
57 + 8's had silver blocks w/gold valve covers...
what about a 300-F, i have access to an all orig convt, and guess what, its a
red block,+ crossrams, with gold valve covers + aircleaners...
maybe plymouth followed chrysler in the color scheme, since it was only the
2nd yr for a B-motored plym, pretty close to chrysler driveline.
there's no need to get loud at people here, its just funny that people all
over the country are encountering the same controversial color schemes....
