No stainless cannot be anodised, only aluminium. In my town anyways.
I had the details on my stainless Fury hubcaps, gold plated. That's
right-24 carat gold plated! It's not as expensive as you would
think.....5 hubcaps = US$300. And the gold balls on the fenders =
US$20....and they look perfectamundo! We have guys here
who go round gold plating the chrome badges on Jappers-Hondas etc. Do
you have them, cos that is where I would try
looking. Or chrome platers often do gold plating also. Do it man!
