I am looking to buy an air compressor for my garage and restoration
activities. I saw a Campbell Hausfeld compressor with a 6hp motor and
60 gallon tank at Home Depot (my second home it seems) for $399. This
looks like it will be good enough to do the jobs that I will need it
for. (sanding, cutting, drilling, possibly sandblasting, and painting).
The price seems right, I don't really want to spend more. Does anyone
have any experience with this unit or units in a similar price range?
Sears has a 5hp 25 gallon unit for about $279.
Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated?
