David -

    Be aware that those are probably aftermarket patch panels and
consequently are oversize.  They were designed to slip over existing (rusty)
panels.  A good body man can kinda make them fit, but you run into trouble
in the dog leg area of the wheel well.  A better bet is cutting out original
metal from a rust free parts car.
