In Plymouth Bulletin #146 (May/June 1984), page 18, there is a picture of a
minitruck that may fit the bill.  It's a 1957 Plymouth "P25" and the
Bulletin states that this indeed was a factory-built Australian body.

File that under the "strange-but-true" column...
