Ron, et al,

If it will physically bolt on and the linkage will hook up, it
may be close enough in jetting and other adjustments to allow
you to use it temporarily while you rebuild your original.
There are a zillion carb numbers because of miniscule
differences in jetting and linkage (and # of barrels,
obviously).  Chrysler and all companies go through a great deal
of engineering work to design each carburetor to give you the
best startup, best mileage and best all-around performance.
Use your original carb again as soon as you can.
