[FWDLK] Repro '60 DeSoto "Chevrons"?

I will be making molds of original fender spears.......

This makes me wonder about the status of a reproduction set of chrome
chevrons for the tail lights of the 1960 DeSoto. I notice 80% of these
DeSotos are missing these small, but critical chevrons, 3 on each lense. I
know of no one that makes these, even though many, many could be sold. I
was told by an 'old-timer' that these broke-apart and fell off within the
first few years of the car's life. That explains the rarity of the part.

I think there is 4 or 5 '60 DeSoto owners on this list. Do any of you still
have this part on your car? Would the rest of you want it reproduced? Do
you think it would be easy to market?

I have never seen the part in person. Was it chromed metal or chromed
plastic? How does it attach? For those who went to the NDC conventions
(Bruce), what percentage of these cars were missing this part?

P.S. In addition to the chevrons, I need to locate a horn ring (& cover),
dome lense and front-driver chrome headlight bezel and other fender parts.
Any leads on these or other '60 DeSoto parts are welcomed.
