Please check the top of the actual ballot.  There it says, "BALLOT
DEADLINE DEC. 31, 1999"  That is the actual deadline date.
Unfortunately, the printshop neglected to change the other notation from
the ballots of two years ago.

So, mail your ballot by snailmail today.  It will get here in plenty of
time.
