[FWDLK] 59 Plymouth thanks.

May I take this opportunity to thank all those who responded to my plea for help regarding the '59 Plymouth backup lights.
I had more than a dozen replies all telling me that yes, they do actually fit inside the bumper guards.
Well, I've just won the bidding on the NOS backup light kit at a very reasonable, I think $20.50.
In answer to recent postings regarding over-paying for items, in my opinion, an item is worth as much as a person will pay for it.
I always set myself a limit for items on ebay before I bid, and avoid getting caught up in heat of the moment last minute bidding, sometimes that limit may be very much higher than other peoples, but as long as I am happy with that price then I don't see a problem.
My cars are my pride & joy and if I want something for them and can afford it then I get it. They are not concours restorations but they have had good quality restorations and improvements all done by me and a bunch of friends and more importantly they are driven, I get immense pleasure from driving my cars, whatever the weather
