I've been making my own seals for these for years. The smaller o ring is a
standard size as I remember and the larger is easy to make with an O ring
maker kit. Tried finding one of them at major O ring stocking supplier but
they were unique so just cut a strip of O ring and glue ends together and
there you are!
Must admit that I use a bit of RTV when reassembling also---superstition or
for good luck?

I need a set of seals for my C300's power steering pump. Any help in
finding a set would be greatly appreciated. I don't need to send the pump
out for a rebuild as I have a competent mechanic working on it. I just need
