[FWDLK] Forward Look License Plate

Hi, ForwardLookers:

There is a ForwardLook license plate on e-Bay:

and the printed numbers at the bottom left of the plate (below the
"outline") suggest that this is a currently manufactured item (i.e. a
reproduction) rather than an item from the 50s.

Does anyone know whether any such plate was used, either by Chrysler or
dealers?

Does anyone know where these repro plates might be available?
