Ray, You have a 58-59 Dodge D500 or DeSoto Adventurer intake. Specifically 58
Adventurer w/o fuel inj., 59 Adventurer, 58 D500 w/o fuel inj. & w/ AC, 59
D500. It looks like if your 59 Dodge D500 didn't have AC it had #1859300.
