[FWDLK] locking brakes solved?

 Thanks to all that have been so helpful. I got a lot of good theories
and today I started trying them. I took the drums off and had a freind
push the brake peddle so I could watch what happened. The shoes were not
returning properly because the wheel cylinders were not retracting so
tomorrow I'm going to start with a new master cylinder.
