Re: [FWDLK] 1959 Plymouth factory a/c

and again;
Although I would still like to contact the fellow I mentioned earlier, I found a fairly good explanation of the a/c system operations on p. 64-5 of the 1959 Plymouth service manual supplement.

Subject: [FWDLK] 1959 Plymouth factory a/c

Hello List,
A few months back, a List member wrote to me about and sent me some pictures of his factory a/c in his 59 Plymouth. I would like to get back in touch with him, but I cannot recall his name. Sir, are you still out there? My question involves the routing of the ten or more vacuum tubes which operate the system...none of my literature has a clear diagram of where each of  these hoses go.  (For you wise guys out there, I bought this factory a/c unit from a person in another part of the country; I did NOT disassemble it myself!).
I suppose I could always try the trail and error method...
The car is not presently in operating condition.
If anybody has some good ideas, please Email me .
  And thanks to all who offered suggestions on the ventwing rubber...
