Re: [FWDLK] Only One?

Larry,

Dodge offered the D500 option on all models since the beginning of D500s in
1956. I have seen several 4 doors and even station wagons. There was even a
56 D500 wagon on eBay recently. The other divisions had their hot rod
versions only as special models in the early years: Chrysler 300, Plymouth
Fury, and DeSoto Adventurer. A friend of mine has an "Adventurer Powered" 59
DeSoto 4 door sedan, with factory dual quad carbs.

I'm about 95 percent finished on a 95 point restoration of a 1961 Dart
Phoenix D500 383 raminduction FOUR DOOR SEDAN. It's conceivable that this
is
the only four door sedan ram 61 Dart in the world. Does anyone know of
another operating sedan before I go and shout my mouty off? Larry Jett
