It is Frank Mitchell. He started in Columbus,
Ohio while working as parts manager for Frank Byers and sons Chrysler dealership
there.
He was from down south originally and has most of
his parts down there now. Still maintains the office in Ohio since that is
where most people think of.
Have not had a problem at all on ebay with him but
many if buying from the parts counter guys.
Took almost two years to get money back after
buying some stuff in the early or mid 80s at WPC meet in Nevada.
Known him since we lived in Ohio in the 70s and
still enjoy seeing him at swaps but try not to buy through mail if
possible. Also will find him on parts search engines but often won't have
the listed parts.
Tom Mitchell is from Missouri and into late 50s
mopars and some other muscle stuff I believe.

I am well aware of Tom Mitchell and his
practices.
I just want to be sure this is the same guy. Mitchell used
to be in Ohio or another nearby state, until his warehouse burnt. Are you sure
this is the same guy...did he really relocate to Georgia?
