Dsve, atop of the steering column where the p/s hose connects to the gear, is
the centering valve. 2 screws attach the valve, and if you loosen them just
enough to enable to shift the valve to either side. This is trial and
error--wheels off floor is best. Anyway moving the valve either way directs
the fluid accordingly. Bob
