I am not sure about the eastwood model but I get a lot of tools throught
www.harborfreight.com  (the catlogs are now all over the house) I have had
pretty good success with most everything from car dollies, engine stands,
air tools etc.  Not always the top quality but it is all more that adequate
for my needs (Except thoe hole saws that were made out of soft cheese)
Taka look at the website do a keyword search using "cabinet" I came up with
5 different models between $89 - $119.
