Hi Roger,
Sorry about the lack of an answer.  The computer has been giving fits for quite some time and finally crashed taking three weeks to get it back up and running.  Then a friend helped weed through all the trash emails (1800 of them) and accidentally trashed some good ones (just happened to see this one in the trash).  So much fiun lately I could just scream!  Anyway, I've never seen any panel board of any sort behind the back seat on a '57- '59 convert.  As for the kick panels, I do have a pattern and can cut them out of waterproof board which you can paint to match your interior color.  Cost on the set is $10 plus postage.
Let me know and I'll get them out to you.
