[FWDLK] 56 rust repair question

I vacuumed out the trunk on my car and found two spots of rust/corrosion. These are around the rear most body mounts, basically the little dimple they sat in rusted out all the way around. Is there a repair piece or any suggestions? The rust doesn't extend as far as the flat portion of the trunk.
