I do have a copy of a 3 page article that describes the system set up on 1958
Desoto Adventurer, but talks about other applications. It has pictures of
the fuel injection on a Chrysler Fire Power, the electronic "black box," and
how the electric fuel pump is accessed through the floor of the trunk. The
well written article seems to come from a Desoto specialty publication dated
around 1958. It talks about the problems that plagued the system, I got the
article from another Forward Look enthusiast and have only the 3 pages of the
article, so I don't know what magazine or date the article was from. If you'd
like, I can scan the pages and send them individually so that you can open
them. The end of the article lists a reference entitled "Automotive Fuel
Injection Systems: A technical Guide" by Jan P. Norbye, Motorbooks
International, 1988.
