Doug, that is a pain. I had a similar experience with a vendor from Canada.
I was buying a boatload of parts, and it took him months to finally send it
all. In the end I got what I paid for, but I had to use some tactics to get
him to respond. One thing you should do is go into ebay and email
frankmitchell from there like you have a question. That way he might be
inclined to respond to your inquiry, since it came from within eBay. I
checked his feedback profile, and he has only bought one thing on eBay, and
never sold anything except to you it appears. Maybe you can give it another
try and then let it go.
