Well, actually, Wayne, IF (big "if") the Truckers
were instituted along WITH the 10.0:1 c.r., then the 15 (not "10") H.P.
gain, on the "355-B" would be attributable to both features.

I have heard, generally, of 10 H.P. gains associated with the
installation of 'free-flowing'
exhaust manifolds, but have no idea, as  to what the
mythological (according to Sherwood; ref: Ross Roy) H.P. "gains"  might
be attributable, between the increased  c.r., & the Truckers.
