Neil and all,
   In my 1955 Mopar parts book the small hub cap is called a  " Cap"  (hub
cap) while the cover that covers the axel nut is called a "Grease Cap".  The
large hub cap is called a "Cover" (wheel cover).  I would think that this
would be the proper terms being they are in the Mopar parts manual.
