I don't think you are cheap, Larry.     ;-)

I buy stuff off ebay and I've noticed some items
are bulky and well-packaged and fair rpiced for shipping, while some
little things are marked up
for S&H and then I receive them in US mail for a
fraction of what I was charged.

Some are OK, and some are not, on their charges.
I tell myself they average out to being OK.
