[FWDLK] No brakes on one side

Hi all,
I own a 56 Dodge stationwagon, its a driver but it won't brake on the left
rear wheel. The rear right wheel brakes like a rock. The brake pads are
clean, no oil or dust and the drums are fine. I installed new cylinders and
brake pads last year. The brake fuel line comes from the master cylinder to
the rear axel. Then a splitter to each wheel.
Any one who has an idee what is happening.
